The products will be sent to the address specified by each customer when submitting their order. The Company cooperates with a courier company, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of products to the Greek territory. Shipping costs will be borne by the Company's customers, who will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. Our Company makes every effort to send the products to its customers within the specified time. The company reserves the right to time the delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure, and no guarantee can be provided regarding the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely update of the final consumers about their non-availability.

Users who make purchases from our online store as consumers can withdraw the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, by sending (within the above deadline) the withdrawal form or otherwise by sending the declaration of withdrawal together with the product provided that in this case both (product and statement) will be received by the Company within 14 days of receipt of the product.

In case you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase of a product then for the withdrawal of products purchased from our online store please note:

In all cases of return of products due to a found real defect or found lack of agreed quality through our fault, purchased from our online store, the following applies:

i) Returns are made exclusively to the address 1, Alamanas str, 15125 Maroussi, Greece. The receipt of the product from our Company will be done only by our cooperating carrier after first contacting our Customer Service Department through the Contact section to inform us about the identified problem that has occurred in a specific product. iii). The returned products must be accompanied by the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note. We especially emphasize that if any of the above documents is not sent, your request cannot be satisfied and the product will not be received by our Company.
